A: Usually sample 7-15days, mass production 15-30 days after receiving deposit.
2.Q: What about the warranty?
A: The warranty period for the product, excluding damages caused by human intervention or irresistible force, is 3-5 years for cabinet main body and 1 year for accessories.
3.Q: Can we get your furniture made to a special size or our design?

4.Q: Can I get the free sample?
A: Each sample should charge the sample cost. The sample cost will be deduct after mass production.
5.Q: What is the Minimum order?
A: We can accept the sample and LCL order.
6.Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We have independent quality inspection department for products quality. The parts are inspected in every production process to prevent bad parts from entering the next process. 100% products are inspected before shipment. Third party detection is welcomed.
7.Q: How about the packing?
A: With polyfoam inner lining and multi-layer carton box in case of breaking and being out of shape. We can also make the package as your customized design (EPS/EPE/others). Can print your own logo on product, carton or stick label.
